GET /api/decision-makers · $0.02 per call (USDC on Base or Solana, x402)

Company directors in France (CEO, président, gérant) with their probable business email, in one call. From a SIREN or company name: legal officers (official RNE registry), web domain, mail provider, latest revenue and net income, and a probable work email per officer from the pattern seen on the company's own pages (observed_on_site) or the common French one (default_fr). Not SMTP-verified (verified:false). Charged only if officers are found. Nothing stored (GDPR).

Problem solved

You have a French company name or SIREN and need who runs it (CEO, président, gérant, DG) plus a business email to reach them.

Use cases

• Enrich a lead list of French companies with the people who decide and a probable work email.
• Chain after people search or hiring signals: once you know which company to contact, get who to write to.

Input

GET /api/decision-makers?siren=<9 digits> | ?company=<name> [&domain=<hint>]

Output

Returns company, web domain (with confidence and evidence), mail provider (Google, Microsoft 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast...), and per officer: name, role, probable email {address, pattern, pattern_source, confidence, evidence?, verified:false} and email_alternatives. pattern_source "observed_on_site" = the pattern was read from named addresses published on the company's own public pages (contact, legal notice, press, team; robots.txt honoured; addresses counted, never returned), confidence medium (1 address) or high (2+ concordant); "default_fr" = common French pattern, confidence low. Never SMTP-verified. 404 = not found, not charged.

Price

$0.02 per call. Charged only if officers are found: 404 company_not_found or no_named_officer is not charged.

• Registre national des entreprises (INSEE Sirene / INPI RNE) via recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr
• The company's own public pages (contact, legal notice, press, team) for the email pattern, robots.txt honoured
• DNS MX records for the mail provider

Limits

• France only.
• Emails are probable, not SMTP-verified (verified:false): use email_alternatives and confidence, and say so to the user.
• At most 5 officers per company.
• Nothing stored. GDPR opt-out: POST /api/opt-out.
