Sell your API to AI agents. Get paid in euros.

AI agents buy data per call, with no account and no card. Resolve402 resells your existing API to them in its own name: we take the payment, the VAT, the invoices and the buyers. You keep your API, set your price and receive the net in EUR every month.

Who it's for

Small and mid-sized publishers with a paid API on data agents need and cannot get for free: company and contact data, hiring and funding signals, KYB and sanctions, financial filings, case law, real estate, geodata, e-invoicing.

Not a fit: free APIs with no added value, data you have no right to resell, platforms that can run x402 on their own.

How it works

  1. Apply

Describe one route: the URL we call, the parameters, the price per call and the key we use. Ten minutes.

  2. We review and go live

We check quality, data rights and price. Once approved, the route is live on resolve402.dev and listed in the x402 discovery catalogs agents search.

  3. Agents pay, you get paid

Every successful call is settled in USDC to Resolve402. Each month you get the statement and the payout in EUR, net of our 10 % commission.

What we handle, what you keep

We handle

  • Agent payment in USDC on Base and Solana (x402)
  • VAT and invoices to buyers, as seller of record
  • Buyer relations and support
  • Listing in x402 discovery catalogs

You keep

  • Your API and your existing billing, in euros
  • Your price per call
  • Approval of every route, and suspension in one request
  • Your key: revoke it and everything stops

Questions providers ask

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. Agents pay Resolve402 in USDC. We pay you in EUR by bank transfer, once a month.

Who handles VAT and invoices?

Resolve402 sells in its own name. We charge the right VAT to each buyer and issue Factur-X invoices. You send us a single monthly invoice for your net amount.

Will agents replace my subscribers?

You set the price per call, so you can price it above your plans. Agents are buyers you do not serve today: no account, no card, a few calls at a time.

What do I have to build?

Nothing. We call your existing API with a dedicated key, stored encrypted. Only the parameters you declare are forwarded.

What if a call fails?

The agent is not charged and nothing is due. A call counts only when your API answers successfully.

How do I stop?

Ask us to suspend a route, or revoke the key. The agreement ends with 15 days' notice; payouts for past calls stay due.

What about personal data?

We resell personal data only with a lawful basis, and sign a data processing agreement before the route goes live.

Reseller terms (2026-10-27)

  1. Resale. The provider authorises Resolve402 to resell access to the declared routes to third parties, in its own name, through its x402 gateway, for the duration of the agreement.
  2. Price and payout. The provider sets the price per call excluding VAT. Resolve402 keeps a commission of 10 % of that price (unless agreed otherwise in writing) and pays the provider the balance monthly in EUR, converted at the ECB reference rate of the last business day of the month, against the provider's invoice. Only successful, settled calls count.
  3. Data rights. The provider warrants that it may make the data and service available for resale, and that personal data, if any, is processed lawfully (GDPR). Where personal data is resold, the parties sign a data processing agreement before going live.
  4. Service. The provider keeps the routes available and the example responses representative. Resolve402 may suspend a route at any time (quality, complaints, legal risk) and takes it offline on request.
  5. Key. The API key given to Resolve402 is used only to serve resold calls and is stored encrypted. The provider can revoke it at any time; the routes then stop.
  6. Liability. Each party is liable for its own obligations. Resolve402 handles buyer relations, payment, invoicing and VAT for the resold calls.
  7. Term. Indefinite, terminable by either party with 15 days' notice by email; payouts due for past calls remain due.
  8. Law. French law; courts of Paris.
